Privacy Policy – StoreKeeper Pro

StoreKeeper Pro ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application designed to help small retail store owners manage daily operations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Store data you create. Entries (sales, expenses), tabs, tasks, and paperwork notes are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
Permit and license photos. Photos you capture for permits and licenses are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload these images to any server.
Account information. If you sign in, your name and email address are managed by Clerk (our authentication provider). We receive only a user identifier; we do not store your password.
Subscription data. Purchase receipts and subscription status are processed by RevenueCat, our subscription management platform. RevenueCat may store your App Store purchase tokens and subscription history to validate entitlements.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the App's features (store tracking, permit reminders, etc.).
To verify your subscription status so we can unlock premium features.
To authenticate your account if you choose to sign in.

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Apple App Store Payments

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. Apple's Privacy Policy governs payment data handling.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

All store data lives on your device and can be deleted at any time from the Settings screen using Erase All Store Data. To delete your account and any data held by Clerk or RevenueCat, contact us at the address below and we will process the request within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
